Rinse before you wipe
Dust and grit can create tiny scratches when they are rubbed across a dry lens. Rinse the lenses with clean water first, then use a clean microfiber cloth and gentle, even strokes.
Skip harsh cleaners
Paper towels, clothing, household glass cleaner and strong solvents can leave fibers, residue or damage on lens coatings. Use a lens-safe cleaner when water alone is not enough.
Give the frame a safe place
Store sunglasses in a hard case when they are not being worn. Avoid leaving them lens-down on a table or in a hot car, where heat can affect the frame and long-term fit.
A quick clean after a long day and a protective case in your bag are small habits that make a noticeable difference. Care keeps the details feeling new for longer.
