30-day returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging.

Who pays shipping

For a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping. For a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost.

Refund timing

After inspection and approval, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty and exclusions

Our current policy includes a 365-day warranty for clear manufacturing defects and a one-time replacement where applicable. Damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper care or normal wear is not covered.

Special or personalised orders may be non-returnable. Please contact ladyuptodown@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
